NovoCard activation instruction
- Open Novo app
- Go to NovoCard and click Activate
- Enter your card number and CVV
- You are all set

Report or suspend a lost or stolen card
- Quickly block it via the Novo app under ‘NovoCard’ > ‘Suspend.’ The card will instantly be suspended.
- While you suspend your card, you can also request to reissue a new card to keep your funds secure.
Manage your NovoCard usage online, 24/7
You can log in to the Novo app to quickly check your balance and view your transaction history.

NovoCard Usage
NovoCard is a Prepaid Mastercard. You can use it to shop smarter or make purchases in-store or online wherever Mastercard is accepted.
